Eladio Ruiz-de Molina
Eladio Ruiz de Molina was born in Holguin, Cuba. He graduated from Louisiana State University with a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering. He received a master's degree in engineering, a master's degree in mathematics and an ABD in physiology and biophysics from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is a registered professional engineer in Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Michigan and Pennsylvania. He attended the intensive French language program at the Centre Audio-Visuel de Langues Modernes, Universites de Clermont-Ferrand in Vichy, France.
Mr. Ruiz de Molina began his career as an engineer at Dow Chemical in Plaquemine, Louisiana, became a Design Engineer at Avondale Ship Yard in New Orleans, Louisiana, and in 1965 joined Rust Engineering Company. During his tenure at Rust he served as a Squad Leader, Project Engineer, Project Manager, Department Manager and, finally, was the Director of Automated Systems Technology with Raytheon Engineers and Constructors. Currently, he is senior partner for CORR Systems, Inc., an organization specializing in operations improvement. Throughout his career he has consulted for various international clients in Europe, Canada and Latin America.
Mr. Ruiz de Molina has made presentations to international pulp and paper societies in Argentina and Mexico. He was invited to the Mexico Executive Peer Forum, a week-long series of presentations by President Vicente Fox and his cabinet on Mexico's future social and economic policies. Mr. Ruiz de Molina's professional associations include the American Sociey of Mechanical Engineers, Instrument Society of America, and the Birmingham Committee on Foreign Relations.
